Users can play any touch or controller input game on the web, but not keyboard + mouse input games because of the lack of pointer Lock API for iOS/iPadOS. This is easily testable on this website: https://mdn.github.io/dom-examples/pointer-lock/

Added that Pointer Lock API is also not supported on visionOS to my knowledge.
