git-webkit pr should change the associated bugzilla bug status to ASSIGNED. Currently it doesn't seems to change it, if the bug is in NEW state, it still remains in NEW after running git-webkit pr(even though it correctly changes the Assignee of the bug).

For eg: I did git-webkit pr for https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=242652, bug Assignee changed, but the bug status remained NEW.
